Step-by-Step Instructions
Preheat
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
Make Garlic Butter
In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley until combined.
Assemble
Slice bread in half lengthwise. Place cut-side up on baking sheet.
Spread garlic butter evenly over both halves.
Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
Bake
Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly and edges are golden.
Serve
Optional: broil for 1-2 minutes for extra golden top.
Slice crosswise. Serve warm. Try not to eat all of it.
