Make the Dough

- Grind black sesame seeds into a fine powder. Mix with sugar, butter, and enough milk to form a spreadable paste.

Assemble the Swirls
- Roll dough into a 12×16 inch rectangle. Spread black sesame paste evenly over the surface.
- Roll up tightly from the long edge. Cut into 8 equal slices.

- Place slices in a greased baking pan. Let rise 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes until golden.
